I accidentally purchased a subscription. What can I do?

It will depend on how you signed up for the app.

If you subscribed to the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, they handle subscription payments, and therefore you need to contact those stores directly to request a refund. To request a refund please visit either Apple Support (for iOS) or Google Play Support (for Android) and follow their process.

If you signed up for the app using our website, please email support@mindfulglimpses.com with your request for a refund. Please note that we are unable to help with refunds if you subscribed via an app store.
