How do I delete my account and personal data?

Inside the app, go to the "Account" menu and select "Delete Account." You will need to retrieve a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered email address, enter it as requested, and click "Continue" to delete your account.

Please note that deleting your account completely erases your personal data (including your name, email address, and, if provided, your phone number) and your progress, from our mobile app platform, and it is impossible for us to restore your data.
